Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout (depending on the country / city, weight, and delivery service).

Delivery times (approximate):

• Ukraine (Nova Poshta): 3–7 business days
• Other countries (Nova Post Global / Nova Poshta): 1.5–4 weeks

Order dispatch. We prepare and hand the parcel over to the carrier within 5 business days of payment confirmation (does not apply to pre-order items).
Pre-order items. The estimated delivery time for pre-order items is indicated in the relevant product card.

Tracking. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number / tracking link by email.

Possible delays. During periods of high demand, as well as due to weather conditions or logistics restrictions, delivery times may be extended.

Customs charges (for international orders). Any duties / taxes of the recipient's country (if applicable) are paid by the buyer.

Payment

Payment is made online by bank card during checkout. After your order is confirmed, you will be redirected to the payment page.
