Pre-order items. The estimated delivery time for these items is stated on the relevant product page — please read carefully, as these products have PRE-ORDER in their name.

Production times:

• All "BEEP THE BAT" CROSSBODY BAG bags — 20 business days
• All COAT OF ARMS DOUBLE WAISTED SHORTS — 10–12 business days

Order dispatch. Once the item is ready, we hand your parcel to the carrier within 5 business days after payment is confirmed (usually faster — this timeframe includes a buffer).

Estimated delivery times:

• Ukraine (Nova Poshta): 3–7 business days
• Other countries (Nova Post Global / Nova Poshta): 1.5–4 weeks

Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number / tracking link by email.

Possible delays. During high-demand periods, or due to weather conditions or logistics restrictions, delivery times may be extended.

Customs charges (international orders). Any customs duties/taxes in the recipient's country (if applicable) are paid by the customer.
